AIZOTH Inc.exhibited at the 5th general meeting on AI and Organic Synthesis<\/a> organized by the society of synthetic organic chemistry, held at Waseda University on November 13, 2024. The event featured a full day of lectures followed by a networking session, highlighting the latest advancements in the application of AI to organic synthesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the exhibition, we demonstrated Multi-Sigma\u00ae<\/a> and gave a short presentation on its application in optimizing chemical reactions and material design. Our booth garnered significant attention from participants interested in topics such as AI modeling using small experimental datasets, reducing trial-and-error experimentation, and the advantages of Multi-Sigma\u00ae<\/a> over other no-code AI softwares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees appreciated Multi-Sigma’s easy-to-use graphical interface, and its automatic hyperparameter tuning feature, which simplifies AI modelling. Our discussions primarily involved industry professionals, with around 80% of attendees representing companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, while the remaining participants were students and academic researchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key conversations revolved around the need for AI tools that allow model sharing to enhance productivity and the challenge of working with small datasets. Multi-Sigma’s capabilities for multi-objective prediction and optimization, chain analysis for linking multiple AI models, and features like data imputation were also well received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We distributed flyers showcasing specific use cases in organic chemistry and medicine, which generated interest from potential business partners. During the networking session, we engaged with several industry representatives interested in integrating AI into their R&D processes. Many expressed an interest in evaluating Multi-Sigma\u00ae<\/a> with their own research data, and we plan to follow up with them through one-on-one meetings, free trials, and webinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, the event provided us with valuable insights into the industry’s requirements for AI integration in chemical R&D. We were encouraged by the positive response to Multi-Sigma\u00ae<\/a> and its potential to accelerate R&D through advanced AI tools. We appreciate the interest shown by all attendees and look forward to future collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
