AIZOTH to Showcase Multi-Sigma® at productronica 2025 in Munich, Germany

productronica 2025

AIZOTH Inc. will exhibit at productronica 2025, the world’s leading trade fair dedicated to electronics manufacturing processes. Held biennially in Munich, Germany, the show brings together cutting-edge technologies across semiconductor manufacturing equipment, SMT/assembly, testing and measuring instruments, and PCB fabrication machinery. The 2025 session will take place November 18–21 at the Trade Fair Center Messe München.

The AIZOTH exhibit (booth B2/361) will be part of the Ibaraki Prefecture Pavilion, a joint pavilion organized by the Ibaraki Prefectural Government and the Organization for SME(Small & Medium Enterprise) and Global Business Support, IBARAKI. AIZOTH will showcase the latest capabilities of its no-code, cloud-based AI analysis platform, Multi-Sigma®.

Multi-Sigma® is a platform that enables users to easily perform machine learning prediction, contribution analysis, and multi-objective optimization of design and manufacturing conditions across the entire workflow, from product design to production for semiconductors and other electronics. In recent years, data-driven engineering and cross-disciplinary development have gained prominence in manufacturing. With its AI chain analysis function, Multi-Sigma® links AI models built for each process step, enabling integrated multi-objective optimization. This capability facilitates cross-domain integration and has attracted significant attention across the manufacturing sector.

We will be presenting real-world use cases alongside the latest features of our software and provide hands-on demo stations for visitors. You can experience firsthand how AI-driven analytics can advance semiconductor-related R&D workflows, unlocking faster contribution analysis, better design and process optimization, and new possibilities for innovation.
